box Stove Top Stuffing, prepare as per directions on box then cool.
cup sour cream
can mushroom soup
Salt and Pepper to taste
Put pork chops in a 9 X 13 baking pan, add sour cream and mushroom soup to stuffing mix, add sage, salt and pepper. Put stuffing on top of pork chops or slice a pocket in the pork chop and put stuffing inside the pocket. Bake in oven at 350 deg. for 1 hour.
