Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cups walnuts
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 package phyllo dough

Preparation
Step 1
Brown very slowly 2-3 until flour turns to a rose' color. Cool flour add walnuts, cinnamon & sugar. Lightly grease pan w/Crisco, brown butter & crisco in pan. Lay out 1 sheet of phyllo dough on counter and use a very slender rod, place on dough 1 tablespoon of flour mixture and roll up and push both ends in to make like an accordian
