Ingredients
- thin veal cutlets
- egg beaten
- flour
- 2 green bell pepper sliced thin strips
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 onion sliced thin strips
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon A-1® Steak Sauce
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- fresh mushrooms sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Veal: Dip veal into egg then flour and pan fry.
Sauce: Cook all ingredients together in pan until flavors are well blended. Add mushrooms just before serving.
When ready to serve, pour sauce over veal.
