Ingredients

  • thin veal cutlets
  • egg beaten
  • flour
  • 2 green bell pepper sliced thin strips
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 onion sliced thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon A-1® Steak Sauce
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • fresh mushrooms sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Veal: Dip veal into egg then flour and pan fry.

Sauce: Cook all ingredients together in pan until flavors are well blended. Add mushrooms just before serving.

When ready to serve, pour sauce over veal.
