Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup oil, regular or olive
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/2 onion thinly sliced

Step 1

Wash mushroom. Saute in butter for 5 to 10 minutes, drain. Mix all ingredients in a blender except for bay leaves, onions, and mushrooms. Pour the mixture over the mushrooms, onions, and bay leaves. Store in a covered jar in refrigerator.
