Sausage and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 can condensed Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup
  • 2 cups cheddar cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk 9whole milk will work too)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage and drain. let cool.

Preheat oven to 375*. Combine sausage, baking mix,shredded cheese in a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Stir together soup and buttermilk: add to sausage, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into lightly greased mini muffin pan. Fill to top of cup.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.
