Ingredients

  • Dry rub:
  • 5 lb. pork roast
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 tab. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. coriander
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tab. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. chipotle powder
  • 2 tsp. salt

Step 1

Slice onions and layer on the bottom of crockpot. Place dry rub on roast. Cook on high for 6 hours. Shred before serving.
