Creamy Shrimp & Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Mushrooms
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 cup wine
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Heavy cream

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Saute chicken in 1 tbsp oil
Remove
Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
add thyme, wine, vinegar
Cook until slightly reduced. Add heavy cream until warm
Drizzle over chicken
