• Injection Liquid:
• 1/4 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. white sugar
• 1/2 c. paprika
• 1/3 c. garlic powder
• 2 T. salt
• 1 T. chili powder
• 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 2 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. dried oregano
• 1 tsp. cumin
• 3/4 c. apple juice
• 1/2 c. water
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 3 T. salt
• 2 T. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry rub ingredients & store in air tight container.
