Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pkge. KNORR Cream of Spinach Soup, Dip & Recipe Mix
  • 2 cups (8oz.) shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. elbows (about 1-3/4 cups)uncooked slightly and drained
  • Mazzola No Stick Cooking Spray

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine milk, water and soup mix in 3 qt. saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium-high heat and boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

2. Stir in cheese until smooth. Add elbows; toss to coat. *If desired, reduce milk to 1-1/2 cups and add 1/2 cup water.

OVEN DINNER: Prepare as directed in Steps 1 and 2. Turn into 2 qt. Casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Bake (uncovered) i 375 degree oven 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
