Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. Cook 8 oz bulk Italian sausage. Also cook onion and mushroom in other pan. Then when sausage done add 1/2 can pizza sauce and heat through. Then mix 3 c Bisquick mix with 3/4 c boiling water until dough forms. Then spread Bisquick on counter and ball dough and knead 10 times. Then roll to 12 inch circle. Then put on ungreased baking sheet and add sausage and onions/mushrooms, then sprinkle on 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese and fold over and pierce ends with fork. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese Bake for 18-20 minutes. Then let cool for five minutes. Serve and take other half can of pizza sauce, heat and pour over top. WE TRIED THIS ON 03/20/10 AND JACKIE WAS AT WORK BUT THE KIDS LOVED IT. DOUGH WAS PRETTY THICK AND SOMEWHAT DRY BUT STILL VERY GOOD.
