Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 at chicken broth
  • 3/4 c chopped onion
  • 7 Tb marg
  • 6 Tb flour
  • 3 c half & half
  • 1 c cream
  • tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 Tb sherr
  • 1 Tb lemon J
  • 1 Tb parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Boil mushroom, broth & Onions---reduce to simmer. Cover and cook 30 min. Metl marg, add flour, add alf and half and stir till thick. Add cream, mushroom mix and sherry. Sauter reserved mushroom in 1 Tb marg and lemon J and add to rest.
