Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced seeded jalapeño pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 ripe red-skinned plums pitted and diced
- 2 ripe green-skinned plums pitted and diced
- 2 ripe purple or black-skinned plums pitted and diced
