Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbs drained capers, chopped
  • 10 oz white crabmeat (from the can is more than fine)
  • 4 stalks celery, finely chopped (should be about 1/2 cup)
  • 3 tbs chopped fresh chives
  • 4-5 tbs sriracha sauce (spicy hot chili sauce)
  • 1 tbs lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk first 3 ingredients together in a medium bowl to blend. Then, stir in crabmeat, celery, chives, chili sauce and lemon juice.

Cover and chill (can be prepared up to 6 hours in advance)
