Super Simple Caramel Turtle Ice Cream Pie


Convenient store-bought ingredients add up to an easy and delicious frozen treat. Vanilla ice cream, chocolate crust, pecans and caramel are a winning combo.

  • 3 cups (1 1/2 pints) vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
  • 9 inch chocolate crumb pie crust, store bought
  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce

Step 1

Scoop 3 cups (1 1/2 pints) vanilla ice cream into large bowl and work with rubber spatula to soften. Stir in 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans, then spread into store-bought 9-inch chocolate crumb pie crust. Freeze until firm.
