Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
- 2 swordfish steaks (3/4 inch thick)
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning

Step 1
1. Preheat grill to medium high. Combine oil, juice and garlic in med. bowl. Divide oil mixture in half; set aside one half. Season fish with Greek seasoning and coat with oil mixture.
2. Grill fish 5-6 min. on each side or until flesh is opaque and firm. Brush with remaining oil mixture.
Other Preparation Methods:
Broil: Preheat oven to broil. Season swordfish steaks with 1 T garlic herb seasoning. Place fish on baking sheet; broil 4-5 min. or until flesh is opaque and firm.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400. Place steaks in lightly oiled baking dish and season with 1 T seafood seasoning; bake 13-14 min.
