Ingredients

  • 4 salmon filets (4-5 oz)
  • 2 oz crab meat
  • 1 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 puff pastry sheets, 5 x 5

Details

Preparation

Step 1

1) Combine cream cheese with crab meat.
2) Top salmon fillets with crab meat, blend in smoked salmon. Cut corners out of pastry.
3) Place salmon upside down on pastry puff.
4) Brush beaten egg around salmon.
5) Wrap puff pastry around salmon, cutting away excess pastry.
6) Place seam side down on greased baking sheet, brush top with remaining egg.
7) Bake at 375 for 15 minutes until crust is golden brown.
