- 6 small square wonton wrappers
- 1 1/1 cups chopped Fuji Apple
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar (not packed)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons fat free vanilla greek yogurt

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 6 cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
2. Place each wonton wrapper in a sprayed cup: press it into the bottom and sides. Lightly spray with nonstick. Bake until brown 8 minutes.
3. In a medium-large microwave bowl, mix apples with sugar and cinnamon. Cover and microwave until apples are soft, about 2 min
4. Just before eating, divide 1/3 of apples mixture (1/4 cup) between 2 wonton cups. Top each wonton cup with 1 tablesponn yogurt.
