Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

• 1/4 c. butter
• 1/3 c. chopped celery
• 1/3 c. chopped onion
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
• 1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 c. uncooked quick rice
• 1 jar (4 oz.) processed cheese spread

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, saute celery and onion. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into large casserole or baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
