Chicken Breasts in Creamy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade

Step 1
Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts. Cook 12 to 14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes, until juices run clear. Remove chicken and place in a warming oven.
Add onion to skillet and saute until tender. Stir in whipping cream, parsley, mustard, and orange marmalade. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add chicken. Heat until hot and chicken is well coated with the sauce. Serve the sauce separately.
