Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 sticks butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar and butter. Add 1 egg at a time. Add flour, salt, soda and sour cream, beat well. Add vanilla, fold in coconut. Bake in well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
