Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup I can't Believe It's Not Butter
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup refrigerated liquid egg substitute
- 1/2 cup golden raisin and dried cherry mix or any dried fruit
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat baking sheets with cooking spray.
2. Combine flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; reserve.
3. On medium speed, beat butter and sugars until fluffy about one minute. Beat in egg substitute and 1 TBS. water until combined. Beat in flour mixture until blended.
4. Stir in raisin and cherry mix.
5. Drop by rounded spoonfuls about 2 inches apart and bake 15 min or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes and transfer to racks.
