Ingredients
- 8 COOKED * MANICOTTI SHELLS
- 1 pound * GROUND BEEF
- 1/2 cup CHOPPED onions
- 1/4 cup CHOPPED * BELL PEPPER
- 1/4 cup CHOPPED parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 BEATEN egg
- 2 slices bread
- 1/4 cup milk
- 28 spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup GRATED cheese

Preparation
Step 1
SOAK BREAD IN MILK. COMBINE BEEF, ONION, PEPPER,PARSLEY, BASIL, OREGANO,
SALT, BELL PEPPER, EGG, AND MILK SOAKED BREAD. FILL MANICOTTI SHELL WITH MIXTURE.
POUR THIN LAYER OF SAUCE IN BOTTOM OF 9 X 13 BAKING DISH. ADD MANICOTTIS.
TOP WITH REMAINING SAUCE. SPRINKLE WITH GRATED CHEESE. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 30 - 40 MINUTES
