Ingredients

  • 1-2 cans chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2-3 big spoonfuls natural peanut butter
  • 1 spoonful coconut oil
  • pumpkin pie spice
  • sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spread chickpeas in a baking pan big enough for them to all be in a single layer.
Mix in all ingredients and place in oven.
After about 5 minutes remove and give a stir to help evenly spread around all of the peanut butter.
Bake until lightly golden, about 10 minutes and serve!
