Long John Silver's Fish Batter

Baked Garlic Butter Pollock Fillets

Ingredients

6-8 Ritz or Townhouse Crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. crabmeat
Pinch of Parsley
Salt and Pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Paprika
Margarine

Details

Servings 4

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT paprika and margarine.

Stuff filets, fold and secure with toothpick. Sprinkle filets with paprika and margarine.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
