Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 2 cups coconut

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl beat the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, butter, and flour until well blended. Pour mixture into two greased pie pans. Sprinkle the coconut over the pies. Bake for 45 minutes
