Ingredients
- 1 pkg (12 oz) wonton wrappers
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheese
- 1/2 med green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 bunches green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly press wonton wrappers in bottom and up sides of greased mini muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until edges are browned. In a large skillet cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in cheese, peppers, onion and salad dressing. Spoon a rounded tbs into each wonton cup. Bake for 6-7 minutes or until heated through.
