Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spiral or Penne Pasta
  • 1 Large Onion
  • Chicken or/and Bacon Pieces
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1/4 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

*Cook pasta until tender, drain and set aside.

*Saute onion and bacon in a pan and set aside.

*Brown chicken & mushrooms separately and set aside.

*Melt butter then add flour. Once it bubbles cook another 40 seconds.

*Add chicken stock and milk to butter mix and stir until it thickens.

*Remove from heat and add grated cheese and stir.

*Add onion, chicken, bacon and mushrooms to creamy sauce.

*Pour creamy sauce over pasta and heat in oven for 20 minutes, on approx 200c.
