Ingredients
- Beef tenderloin (about 1 pd.)
- Flour
- 1 Can beef consomme
- Water
- 1 8 oz pkg. sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream
- Noodles or rice

Preparation
Step 1
Pound and cut beef into bite size pieces.
Flour beef, cook until browned.
Add consomme, 1 can water and sour cream. Stew on medium heat.
Saute mushrooms, then add to meat.
Serve over rice or pasta
