Pork Chops in Beer

Ingredients

• 2 cups ketchup
• 1 bottle or can (2 oz.) beer
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 8 pork chops

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar and beer. Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place the pork chops over this mixture. Bake, uncovered 1 hour. Place foil over pork chops if they start to brown too quickly.

Note: Can also be made in a crockpot.
