Ingredients
- 1-16 oz bag chickpeas, soaked
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tbs paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin

Step 1
Drain and rinse chickpeas, shaking off excess water. Combine the chickpeas with the oil and spices in lrg bowl and stir until all chickpeas are evenly coated. Spread on cookie sheet. Cook 20-25 mins
