Ingredients

  • 16 ounces backfin or jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay
  • 1/2 cup plain fine bread crumbs (Panko works well)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
