Ingredients
- 1 LB crabmeat, fresh or frozen
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup melted fat
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 TBLSP chopped parsley
- 2 tsp salt-USE LESS

Step 1
Cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in fat till tender. Combine bread crumbs/cubes, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, cooked veggies and crab meat. Mix well, fill bake 350.
If using to stuff shrimp use prawns or tiger shrimp. Unshell, devein and cut down the middle of the shrimp so that the tail curls over the stuffing. If tiger shrimp or very large shrimp which equals 1 pound, there will be about 4. Recipe can be made with 5 lb of shrimp, unpeeled (21-25 count). LEAVE TAIL ON WHETHER SMALL OR LARGE SHRIMP.
