Grilled Turkey Burger with Roasted Red Pepper Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 1 package ground turkey
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons chopped red roasted pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Step 1
1. In large bowl combine all turkey burger ingredients except Kaiser rolls. Mix well. Broiled Burgers: Form into 6 (1/2 inch thick) patties. Heat broiler. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Broil burgers 4 to 6 inches away from heat, turning once, 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until center is no longer pink. Toast buns if desired. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine all mayonnaise ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate until serving time. Place each turkey burger inside roll; top with mayonnaise. Grilled Turkey Burgers: Heat grill to medium heat. Carefully spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Grill burgers, turning once, 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until center is no longer pink. Toast buns if desired. Serve With Suggestion: Sweet Potato Fries. Make Ahead Tip: Make turkey burgers as directed; wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 1 day. Make roasted red pepper mayonnaise, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
