Ingredients
- Dried oyster mushrooms, 8 oz.
- Ribeye, 8 oz. (any steak will do)slice thinly
- 4 green onion, 1 thinly slice, 3 into larger chunks
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- black pepper
- 1 small white onion, sliced into half moon shape
- red pepper, slice into chunks
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 3 cups of beef broth, heated

Preparation
Step 1
Place dried king oyster mushroom in warm water for about 30 minutes.
Season slice beef with black pepper.
In a shallow pot arrange the vegetables and beef, Add hot beef broth
