Ingredients
- 1 2ox pkg bulk light turkey or pork sausage
- 3 8oz. cartons(3cups) refirgerated fat-free egg product
- 1/2 cp non-fat sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tesp minced onion
- 3 cups cubed french bread (4-5 slices_
- 4 oz (1cup) shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Spray 13×9 inch(3 quart) baking dish w/ non stick cooking spray. In med. nonstick pan cook sausage until no longer pink, drain well and set aside.
In large bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, dry mustard, onion; blend well. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and sausge. Pour into sprayed dish; sprinkle w/ paprika.
Cover w/ plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hrs. or overnight.
Heat oven to 350. Uncover dish; bake 45-50 minutes or until center is slightly puffed and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
