Maple-Glazed for Turkey

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, make the maple syrup glaze:
Over medium heat, heat the maple syrup with the remaining 1 tablespoon butter until the butter melts and the mixture bubbles.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
Baste turkey with glaze.
If areas such as legs become brown early during baking...cover area with aluminum foil.
