Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. pork loin
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 c. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t. oregano
  • 1 t. powdered ginger
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. chili powder
  • 2 T. minced onions

Preparation

Step 1

Cook in crock pot all day on low
1 hour before serving shred pork and discard juice
Add 1 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. red enchilada sauce

*Freeze at this point or place in flour tortilla and add desired taco/burrito garnishes, i.e. sour cream, guacamole, onions, peppers, cheese, beans, etc.
