Ingredients
- 1 brisket of beef
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- Sandwich rolls
- BBQ sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 deg. Place the brisket in roating pan and brush with liquid smoke. Combine spices in a bowl & mix well. Rub into the brisket. Cover the roasting pan and bake until the brisket is fork tender about 3 1/2 hrs. Remove pan from oven and use two forks to pull the meat apart in the pan juices, shredding coarsely. Put on sandwich rolls & top with bbq sauce.
