  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple and its own juice
  • 3/4 cup sliced bananas
  • 4 oz banana liqueur
  • 4 oz Myers rum
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Toasted almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in open skillet. Add sugar until glazed consistency. Add pineapple and juice. Stir lightly, then fold bananas into mixture. Finish by adding the liqueur and rum. Flame it -- beautiful! Pour it over arranged vanilla ice cream scoops and top with almonds. Nothing else tastes this good!
