Ingredients
- 3/4 Lbs raw shrimp (medium size) shelled and deveined
- 6 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Green Onion minced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4-5 garlic cloves (pressed)
- 2 Tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp minced parsley
- 1/2 Tsp Grated lemon peel

Preparation
Step 1
Pat dry shrimp (dry on paper towel)
In a wide frying pan melt butter
Stir in onion, oil, garlic, and lemon juice, & salt cook until bubbly.
Add shrimp and cook, stir occassionally until shrimp turns pink.
Blend in parsley and lemon peel
