Ingredients

  • 1 package (16oz) uncooked jumbo-size pasta shells
  • 1 can (7 1/2 oz) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
  • (imitation crabmeat can be substituted)
  • 1 can (2 1/2 oz) tiny shrimp, drained
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoon thinly sliced celery
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pimiento
  • Celery leaves for garnish

Step 1

Add shells to 6 quarts boiling salted water; cook until tender but firm. Drain; rinse with cold water, then drain again. Invert on paper towel-lined plate to cool. Combine crabmeat, shrimp, cheese, mayonnaise, celery, onion and pimiento in medium-size bowl. If mixture seems to dry, add more mayonnaise. Spoon mixture into cooled shells; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Garnish with celery leaves.
