Ingredients
- 1 can (14 1/2oz.) chunky style Italian style stewed tomatoes, heated
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1 lb. flounder, sole or cod fillets
1 Tbsp. vegetable to fry fish
Combine and dip fish into egg and water
Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and dip fish into then fry in oil.
Serve with cooked pasta and top with heated tomatoes
