Baked Pie Shell
Bring milk and sugar to a boil. Add flour and cornstarch that you have moistened with another 1/2 cup milk and egg yolks. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butter, vanilla and coconut to the cream pie filling. Top with whipped cream and browned coconut. Yield: 6 servings.
