Ingredients
- 2 lbs maple sausage (or other bulk sausage)
- 1 1/2 c all purpose biscuit mix
- 16 oz (4 c) extra sharp shredded cheddar
- 2 Tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and shape into 1 inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet or until golden.
