Ingredients
- 2 3 oz pkg. Ramen Noodles, broken
- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 medium red onion or onion, cut into slivers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds

Preparation
Step 1
1. Remove the seasoning packets from noodle packages. Discard seasoning or save for another use.
2. In a large bowl, combine the uncooked ramen noodles, broccoli, celery, and onion.
3. In a small bowl, whisk or stir together sugar, oil, and vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over broccoli mixture. Cover and chill for 12 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Before serving, stir in almonds and sunflower seeds.
