Apple Coffeecake

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1/2 Cup Butter
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 2 Cups Flour
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 Cup Sour Cream
• 2 Cups Chopped Apples
• 2 Tbs. Butter
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, then alternate, adding flour and dry ingredients with sour cream. Add chopped apples. Put in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Crumb together topping ingredients and sprinkle over cake. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
