Turkey Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped white onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound package lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 cup dried parsley, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- table grind black pepper
- 4 ounces Fresh Mozzarella, cubed
- Tomato Sauce for bottom of pan and top peppers
- Freshly grated parmesan and mozzarella for topping
- 4 -6 Red Peppers

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients gently and then stuff peppers with mixture
2. Spoon tomato sauce onto bottom of 11x7 or 13X9 pan depending on size of peppers, Add Peppers, top peppers with tomato sauce.
3. Bake at 350 for one hour. Sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella cheese and brown the top
4. Serve
