Ingredients

  • 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat
  • 1 cup grater sharp cheddar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 green onions minced
  • 6 cloves roasted garlic minced
  • 3 TB Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 TB fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp tabasco
  • horseradish
  • 2 TB old bay seasoning
  • Salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and gently stir until thoroughly mixed.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers or toast points
