Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients
- 1 lb of pork in cubes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/2 t salt
- Oil for frying
- 1 c. pineapple chunks
- 6 small sweet pickles sliced
- 1 green pepper cut into squares
- 3 small carrots sliced
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1 c. water
- 2 T vinegar 1 1/2 T sugar
- 1 t. chinese molasses
- 1 T. cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, eggs, salt to make a batter. Dip pork in batter and fry in oil 10 minutes. Remove and drain. Put pork in skillet add pineapple, pickles, peppers, carrots, garlic and 1/2 c. water. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Combine vinegar, sugar, molasses, cornstarch and 1/2 c. water and blend throughly. Mix with meat and cook another 5 minutes.
