  • 1 envelope onion soup
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 3 3/4 C water
  • ---
  • mushrooms, drained
  • ---
  • Round steak
  • oil
  • celery tops
  • 1 C. stewed tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer the soup mix, cornstarch, and water. Add drained mushrooms.
Pound round steak into flour. Brown with oil. Celery tops over.
Add 1 C stewed tomatoes. Cover and bake 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours.
